Mr. S. Mohan Gurunath and Mrs. S. Rama (“Partners”).

Mr. S. Mohan Gurunath is an engineer with over 40 years of experience in infra project development, and banking . He has been associated with several of India's leading infrastructure developers. He also has rich experience in developing grid based and roof top solar power projects.

Mrs. S. Rama is a Chartered Accountant, with experience in finance and project development.

Sparkman Infra Advisors (India) Pvt Ltd – Providing advisory services. The company has implemented rooftop solar projects aggregating to 1MW
Sparkman Solar Energy Pvt Ltd – Has setup a 2MW solar power project in 2016. The project supplies power to TSSPDCL under a PPA
